- Requirements:
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to lift a minimum of 50lbs for all production lines, with an increase to 75lbs for the Vane Pump line.
- Endurance to stand on a concrete factory floor for a minimum of 10 hours per day.
- Capacity to wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, and other required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during work.
- Aptitude to safely reach, stretch, bend, and lift parts and products from a standing position.
- Proficiency in overhead lifting of various parts.
- Competence in working with various hand tools requiring hand strength (10lbs) and flexibility, including but not limited to hammers, screwdrivers, crimping tools, and torque wrenches. Some hand tools may produce vibrations.
Tools/Equipment:
- Powered and hand tools are utilized to carry out the assembly of products.
Working Conditions:
- Two shifts within a temperature-controlled environment.

Assembly Production Technician
Job Summary: Execute assembly functions at the designated station for the assigned production line, ensuring a safe, effective, and efficient process to deliver high-quality products to our customers.
Job Details:
- Assemble the designated product following the guidance of the Assembly Trainer.
- Ensure the production of a quality product by utilizing tools in a proper manner.
- Collaborate as a team member for the assigned product line, facilitating effective communication of production needs and supporting teammates in achieving daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to the 6S process for the assigned line.
- Demonstrate flexibility in job assignments and proactively acquire new skills, enabling each employee to undertake various tasks as needed.
- Engage in Lean manufacturing training and participate in Kaizen events with a focus on eliminating waste in all production activities.
- Consistently assemble products that meet the established quality standards.

Experience
Required:
- Previous experience on an assembly line or in a similar function.
- Demonstrated stable work history.
- Mechanical aptitude and the capacity to acquire skills for assembling products efficiently, contributing to meeting production goals and minimizing variations in the product.
- Effective communication skills with leaders and teammates, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Commitment to consistently producing high-quality products.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Successful completion of a drug screen and a 7-year background check.
- High School Diploma, GED, or a current successful Assessment is mandatory.
Preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar production environment.
- Technical training at an accredited school.
